1) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2) All items are homemade and, as such, may contain small imperfections. The customer accepts that these minor imperfections may exist in their purchase.

3) Any custom order is subject to the condition that the item may not turn out exactly as requested. For example, small variations in colour are difficult to control.
