THE LID IS FUNCTIONAL AND WILL OPEN AND CLOSE BUT IT IS MEANT FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY AS THE HINGE IS THE STRONGEST I COULD MAKE IT FOR FUNCTIONALITY BUT IT IS STILL DELICATE!!

The treasure chest is full of resin gems with a starfish and sits on a sand and epoxy resin base. It is surrounded by various resin shells which have a seahorse or a fish on the coral at the back of the shell. There are also "pearls" dotted around. There is an anchor charm that hangs out of the box.

PLEASE NOT THAT EVERYTHING ON THE SAND DISPLAY BASE IS GLUED DOWN. THE ONLY THINGS THAT ARE FREE TO MOVE ARE THE GEMS, STARFISH AND ANCHOR CHARM!

THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE AND CUTE PIECE. ANOTHER ONE FOR YOUR SEA-THEMED DISPLAY!
